Virtual personal training is online coaching delivered through an app. You get programmed workouts written specifically for you, video form checks, weekly check-ins, and direct messaging access to your coach — without needing to be in the same gym.
How is this different from a generic fitness app?
Generic apps give you a template. We give you a coach. Your programming is written by Andre Thomas, NASM CPT, around your goals, history, and limitations. Every week your coach reviews your check-in and adjusts the plan.
Do I need a home gym?
No. Programs scale to whatever equipment you have access to — full gym, basement setup, or just a pair of dumbbells in a hotel room.
How often do I hear from my coach?
Weekly check-ins minimum, plus direct messaging access for questions, form checks, and program adjustments. You're not on your own.
