01 / Overview

Not a workout.
A plan.

A full year of strength training built in 8-week blocks — foundation, muscle, strength, power — with your lifts tested every block and every set, rep and rest period written down in the app.

02 / The Year

You are not starting over every Monday.

StrengthCamp runs a full year of training in 8-week blocks. Each block has a job, and each one sets up the next. Every 8 weeks you test your lifts, so progress is a number you can see — not a feeling you hope for.

01

Foundation

Weeks 1-8

Groove the movements and build work capacity. Technique before load, always.

02

Muscle

Weeks 9-24

Volume climbs. This is where new muscle actually gets built.

03

Strength

Weeks 25-40

Reps come down, weight goes up. The numbers on the bar start moving.

04

Power

Weeks 41-48

Express what you built. Heavier, faster, sharper.

05

Retest

Weeks 49-52

Test everything. See the year in numbers, then start the next one stronger.

Join at any point. Whatever week the room is on, your first two weeks are scaled to you — then you fold into the plan.

03 / What An Hour Looks Like

Ninety minutes, and none of it is guesswork.

15 min

Warm-up

Joint prep, then ramp-up sets on the day's first lift. Nobody goes from the parking lot to a heavy barbell.

25 min

The main lift

Squat, hinge, press or pull. This is the part that makes you stronger, and the part a coach watches closest.

25 min

Accessory work

Paired sets that build the muscle around the big lifts — glutes, back, arms, core.

12 min

Conditioning finisher

Sled, bike, rower or rope. Short, hard, and always after the strength work — never before.

5 min

Cooldown

Breathe, stretch what you just worked, walk out feeling handled instead of wrecked.

04 / Every Rep Has A Number

The whole plan lives in your pocket.

Open the app and every exercise tells you the sets, the reps, how long to rest, how hard to push, and how to do it — with a demo video on every single movement.

You never guess at a weight. You never wonder if you are doing it right. And when life gets in the way for a week, you know exactly where to pick it back up.

01

A 52-week plan in 8-week blocks, not a different workout every week

02

Sets, reps, rest and how hard to push, spelled out for every exercise

03

A demo video on every movement, so form is never a guess

04

Benchmark testing every 8 weeks — progress you can measure

05

A coach on the floor every session, scaling the work to you

06

Written so you can follow it whether you make every class or miss a week

05 / Who It's For

Anyone who wants to build or rebuild real strength — whether you have never touched a barbell or you have been lifting for years.

All levels. If you have never touched a barbell, the coach scales the movement and the weight to you on day one. If you have lifted for years, the progression is real enough to keep you honest.

09 / FAQ

Common questions

I've never lifted before. Is StrengthCamp for beginners?+

Yes. All levels train in the same room. The coach scales the weight and the movement to you, and your first two weeks are deliberately lighter while you learn the lifts. Most newcomers leave more confident in the squat rack than they expected.

When does StrengthCamp meet?+

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7:00 PM, plus Saturday at 7:00 AM. Come as often as your membership allows — most members train three to four times a week.

How is StrengthCamp different from BootCamp?+

BootCamp is conditioning — high intensity, high heart rate, the hardest 60 minutes of your week. StrengthCamp is a strength program: barbell and dumbbell work on a year-long progression, with your lifts tested every 8 weeks. Plenty of members do both.

How is this different from CrossFit?+

We're not a CrossFit affiliate. Our programming is periodized, joint-conscious, and progressive. Different room, different goals.

What if I join in the middle of a block?+

You can start any week. Whatever week the room is on, your first two weeks are scaled down while you find your loads — then you fold into the plan with everyone else.

What happens if I miss a week?+

Nothing breaks. The plan is written down, so you pick up where the room is and scale back for a session or two. Miss three weeks or more and you simply repeat the two-week on-ramp.

Will I get bigger? I just want to be lean.+

Strength training preserves and builds muscle, which raises your resting metabolic rate. That's how you get leaner without living on the cardio deck. "Big" doesn't happen by accident.

What about my back / knees / shoulders?+

Day-one movement assessment catches the limitations. Programs are written around them, not in spite of them.

Is there a contract?+

The unlimited membership is $125 bi-weekly plus a one-time $199 registration fee, and it auto-renews — you can cancel after three months. The registration fee is waived if you commit to 12 months. Prefer no commitment? Drop-in and class packs are available.
