01

Personal Trainer

Coach our BootCamp, StrengthCamp, and semi-private clients to real, lasting results.

— Type
Part-time → Full-time
— Location
In-person · Hyde Park studio

What you'll do

  • Lead group and semi-private sessions with energy, precision, and genuine care.

  • Deliver and adjust programming so every member trains at the right intensity for their body.

  • Coach form, scale movements safely, and keep the floor moving.

  • Build the kind of relationships that make members show up week after week.

  • Track attendance and progress, and flag at-risk members to the care team.

What you bring

  • Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent) plus CPR/AED.

  • Experience coaching both groups and individuals across all fitness levels.

  • You meet people where they are — no ego, no one-size-fits-all programming.

  • Reliable, punctual, and genuinely warm with people.

02

Client Care Specialist

Be the voice and face members rely on — onboarding, retention, and everything in between.

— Type
Part-time / Full-time
— Location
In-person · Hyde Park studio

What you'll do

  • Welcome new members and run a smooth onboarding from first class to first month.

  • Own member communication across text, email, and the front desk.

  • Follow up with no-shows and at-risk members before they drift.

  • Coordinate scheduling, bookings, and class changes.

  • Keep member records accurate in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and the FITT PIT app.

What you bring

  • Warm, organized, and you genuinely enjoy helping people.

  • Background in customer service, hospitality, front-desk, or member experience.

  • Comfortable with software — CRM, scheduling tools, email/text platforms.

  • Self-driven; you follow up without being chased.

03

Admin & Operations

Keep the studio running — billing, scheduling, and the systems behind the scenes.

— Type
Part-time
— Location
In-person · Hyde Park studio

What you'll do

  • Manage billing, payments, and membership records (Stripe + Mindbody).

  • Keep schedules, class calendars, and staff coverage organized.

  • Maintain clean data across the CRM, scheduling, and app platforms.

  • Handle day-to-day operations: supplies, vendor coordination, light bookkeeping support.

  • Support the owner and coaches with whatever keeps the floor running.

What you bring

  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.

  • Admin, operations, or office-management experience.

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, billing software, and CRMs.

  • Discreet and reliable with sensitive member and financial data.

04

Sales Associate

Turn warm, questionnaire-qualified leads into members over Zoom — uncapped commission.

— Type
1099 · Commission-only
— Location
100% remote (U.S.)
— Pay
$200 per Transformation Challenge · $100 per membership · $500 monthly bonus at 15+ sign-ups · uncapped

What you'll do

  • Speed-to-lead: reach new, questionnaire-qualified leads within minutes by text and call.

  • Work every lead through a structured follow-up cadence until they book, buy, or opt out.

  • Run Zoom Strategy Sessions, present the right program, handle objections, and close.

  • Transition 6-Week Challenge graduates into memberships — a second commission every time.

  • Keep the pipeline spotless in our CRM (GoHighLevel). If it isn't logged, it didn't happen.

What you bring

  • 1+ year in sales, membership sales, hospitality, or any role built on persuasion and follow-up.

  • A warm, confident presence on the phone and on Zoom — and you're not afraid to ask for the sale.

  • Organized and self-driven: a 'no' doesn't rattle you, and you make the extra call without being told.

  • Motivated by commission — you'd rather earn for results than clock hours.

  • Your own computer, reliable internet, and a quiet, professional space for video calls.
