What we collect

When you use this site, we may collect:

• Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out our questionnaire, register for Friday Night Lights, book a call, or send us a message.
• Fitness profile information — answers you provide in our fitness questionnaire, such as age, height, weight, training history, goals, and any medications or conditions you choose to share. We use this solely to build your personalized plan and coach you.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Photos — if you upload a photo for a competition profile (e.g. Friday Night Lights), it is displayed on our event scoreboard and related materials.
• Usage data — like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising.

How we use it

• To build and deliver your personalized fitness plan (by email and text message).
• To process registrations, payments, and class bookings.
• To set you up in our coaching systems, including the FITT PIT app and our class-scheduling platform.
• To respond to your questions and send service updates.
• To send marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
• To understand site usage and improve our programs and marketing.

Text messaging

If you give us your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your plan, bookings, and — where you’ve agreed — promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• LeadConnector (HighLevel) — our CRM, email, and text-message platform.
• Mindbody — class scheduling and membership management.
• The FITT PIT app — workout delivery and coaching.
• Google Analytics & Meta — site analytics and ad measurement (cookie-based).
• Vercel & Convex — website hosting and secure data storage.

Each provider is bound to use your data only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies & analytics choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To manage Meta’s ad preferences, visit your Facebook Ad Preferences.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you’re a client or lead, and as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices & rights

Email us at info@thefittpit.com to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Kids

Our programs and website are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payment data is handled by Stripe, and access to client records is limited to staff who need it. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
