Agreement

By using thefittpit.com, registering for a program, class, event, or purchasing anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site or services.

Not medical advice

Everything on this site — including questionnaire results, training plans, articles, and coaching guidance — is educational and coaching information, not medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, on medication, managing a chronic condition, or recovering from injury or surgery.

Assumption of risk

Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By participating in any F.I.T.T. PIT program, class, or event — including Friday Night Lights — you voluntarily assume that risk. In-person participants will also be asked to sign a separate liability waiver before training or competing.

Payments & refund policy

• Memberships & class passes— billed as described at purchase. Memberships can be cancelled going forward at any time; cancellation stops future billing but already-billed periods are not refunded. Unused class-pass credits don’t expire while your account is in good standing.
• 6-Week Challenge— refundable in full if you cancel before your start date. After the program starts, fees are non-refundable, but we’ll work with you to reschedule for a future cohort if life gets in the way.
• Friday Night Lights entry fees — refundable up to 48 hours before the competition night. Within 48 hours, fees can be transferred to a future night instead. If we cancel or reschedule a night (e.g. weather), your entry transfers automatically or is refunded on request. If a division is full when you pay, you receive an automatic refund.
• Billing errors— if you believe you were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically post within 5–10 business days.

Friday Night Lights — event rules

Scoring, divisions, and event formats are described on the Friday Night Lights page. Judges’ scoring decisions are final. By competing you consent to your first name, last initial, scores, and uploaded photo appearing on the live scoreboard and event displays. Unsportsmanlike conduct can result in disqualification without refund.

Your account & conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when registering, to keep your contact details current, and not to misuse the site (no scraping, probing, or interfering with the service). We may refuse or terminate service for abusive behavior toward staff, members, or other competitors.

Intellectual property

The F.I.T.T. PIT name, logo, programs, plans, and site content are our property. Your personalized plan is for your own use — don’t resell or republish it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE F.I.T.T. PIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
