Common questions
What's the difference between this and a regular group class?
Class size and individualization. Our group classes can have 12–16 athletes. Semi-private is capped at 4 — and your coach actually programs your sessions around your specific goals.
How is this different from 1-on-1 personal training?
You're sharing the coach with 1–3 other athletes. The session is the same length, the coaching is the same intensity, but the cost is roughly 1/3 to 1/4 of a private rate.
What's the most popular tier?
Twice per week at $740/mo — that's 8 coached sessions per month. Most members find this is the cadence that actually moves the needle without taking over their week.
Can I drop in once before committing?
Yes. Drop-in semi-private is $100/session. Most people commit to a tier within 2–3 sessions because the math obviously works.
