Personal training at THE F.I.T.T. PIT means a NASM-certified coach programming around your body, your goals, and the room you're in — not a script someone wrote for a 25-year-old. Pricing scales with cadence.

— FAQ

Common questions

How is this different from regular personal training?

It's the same coaching attention, in a small group of 2–4 athletes. You get a programmed session, real form correction, and a coach who knows your file — for a fraction of the $100/session 1-on-1 rate.

Can I still get truly private sessions?

Yes — drop-in private sessions are $100/session. Most members find the semi-private cadence ($340–$1,120/mo) gets them better results because the consistency matters more than the privacy.

Do I need to be in shape already?

No. Day one is a movement assessment + goal review. We meet you where you are.

What's the most popular cadence?

Twice per week, $740/mo. That's eight coached sessions a month — enough to make real change without taking over your life.
