Common questions
Do I need to be in shape to join a group class?
No. Most members weren't when they walked in. The coach scales the work to where you actually are. First class is free with no card on file.
What's the difference between BootCamp and StrengthCamp?
BootCamp is conditioning — intervals, supersets, heart rate training. StrengthCamp is lifting — periodized resistance training. Most members do both.
How big are the classes?
Capped so the coach can actually see and correct every athlete. Smaller than any chain studio, larger than 1-on-1.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Their first class is free too. Walk in together — easiest way to start.
