Common questions

I haven't worked out in years. Can I do BootCamp?

Yes. Coaches modify every movement on the fly. Your first class is free with no card on file required — show up, see how it feels, decide after.

What should I bring?

Sneakers, water, a towel. We provide everything else.

How is this different from Orangetheory or F45?

Smaller classes, real coaching, real programming, and a tiered pricing structure that doesn't lock you into a yearly contract. We're the neighborhood version of a $250/month chain.

Can I add StrengthCamp to my BootCamp membership?

Yes — for an additional $50/mo on top of your BootCamp membership, you get unlimited StrengthCamp classes too.
