  1. 01

    Hit your protein number

Calibration week. Most adults under-eat protein. Aim for 0.7 to 1.0 g per pound of bodyweight across 3 or 4 meals, and change nothing else for seven days.

  2. 02

    Earn your starches

Carbs are not the enemy, but timing matters. Move most of your rice, potato and bread into the meal right after training. The rest stays protein and vegetables.

  3. 03

    Cold-weather fuel

The fall trap is comfort eating on autopilot. Swap the reflex, not the season: soups and stews built on lean protein and squash instead of bread and cheese.

  4. 04

    Make it repeat

Ninety minutes of cooking on Sunday turns every weekday meal into a ten-minute assembly. That is what carries the plan through November.

The meal plan is general nutrition coaching from a NASM-certified coach, not medical advice. If you are pregnant, on medication, managing a chronic condition, or recovering from injury, talk to your physician before changing your diet. See our editorial policy for the full disclosure.

“Fourteen years in Hyde Park and the fall is still where people either build a base or lose the year. This is the season that decides January.”

Common questions.

What is the difference between BootCamp and StrengthCamp?

BootCamp is conditioning: circuits, intervals, carries, bodyweight strength, run at pace in a bigger group. StrengthCamp is barbell work on a progressive program in a group of five. They are separate memberships and separate classes.

Does StrengthCamp include BootCamp classes?

No. StrengthCamp at $499 covers StrengthCamp sessions only. If you want both rooms, buy both memberships.

Why only 5 StrengthCamp spots?

Loaded barbell lifting needs a coach watching every rep. Five is the most one coach can genuinely supervise at once without someone grinding out a bad set unnoticed.

When does my membership start?

Access opens September 1, 2026 and runs through November 30, 2026. The Fall Meal Plan PDF arrives as soon as you check out, so you can start eating on the plan the same day.

What if I have never trained here?

Walk in for a free first class before you commit. No card, no pressure. If you grab a Fall Special membership afterwards, you still get the full window.

What happens if the counter hits zero?

The caps are what each room comfortably holds, and the counters show how full they are. If one reads zero and you still want in, checkout stays open and I will honor the price rather than turn you away.

I travel for two weeks in October. Does it pause?

It does not. Membership is calendar-based, not visit-based. Most members train 2 to 4 times a week and come out well ahead even with a trip in the middle.

What happens after the window closes?

Access ends and nothing auto-renews. If you want to keep going, you can roll into a regular membership at the standard rate, and the setup fee is waived for anyone who continues.
