The 30 Day Transformation Challenge gives you unlimited access to our BootCamp program, that takes place Monday through Friday 6a and/or 6p
Then you've come to the right please. BootCamp is very beginner friendly because our workouts are interval based. Which means, each exercise is based on time. So weather your and athlete of a couch potato, 30 seconds the same for both. So, all you have to do is your best in whatever amount of time and you win.
As early as this Monday! But really whenever you are ready. We preferr to start people on Mondays.
If you follow our meal plan and get to BooCamp at least 4 days a week one should be anywhere between 4 - 10 pounds
