Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors aged 13–17 may join with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.Members must complete the registration process and agree to abide by all facility rules and policies.

Members should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program.By participating in our programs, members acknowledge the inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for their health and safety.
4. Payment and Billing
Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.Members must provide accurate billing information and update it promptly if changes occur.The Fitt Pit reserves the right to change membership fees with a 30-day notice.
5. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership by providing a 30-day written notice.Cancellations must be submitted through the member portal or in person at the facility.
6. Personal Information and Privacy
We collect personal information to provide and improve our services.Your information is stored securely and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
