Rotation ASled Push
Push a loaded sled 40 meters as fast as possible.
Rotation ARow 500m
All-out 500-meter sprint on the Concept2. Score is finish time.
Rotation ARow 2000m
2,000-meter endurance row on the Concept2. Score is finish time.
Rotation ADeadlift 1 Rep Max
Three attempts at your heaviest single deadlift.
Rotation ADeadlift 90s Reps
Most reps in 90 seconds at your tier weight.
Rotation ATHE PIT ⚡
25 Burpees → 25 BW Squats → 5 Laps → 25 Box Jumps → 25 Decline Sit-ups.
Rotation BFarmers Carry
Two KBs, 50 meters. Drop = 10-second penalty.
Rotation BAirBike 30s Sprint
30-second all-out sprint on the AirBike. Score is calories.
Rotation BAirBike 2:00 Ride
2-minute steady ride on the AirBike. Score is calories.
Rotation BBack Squat 1 Rep Max
Three attempts at your heaviest single back squat.
Rotation BBack Squat 90s Reps
Most reps in 90 seconds at your tier weight.

5 rounds × 7 reps: Power Clean → Front Squat → Push Press → Back Squat → BTN Press.
